Coming Out Group for Lesbians

FREE INTRODUCTORY GROUP MEETINGS

Thursday, April 21  7:00 - 8:30 pm

We will be hosting no-cost introductory group sessions this Saturday, April 16 and next Thursday, April 21.  These sessions will allow registrants to get a feeling for the upcoming 8-week coming out group.

 Professionally  led, 8-week support group starting late April/early May for women anywhere in the coming out process.  Small group setting will facilitate warm environment and leaders’ careful attention to each member. Likely topics include coming out to oneself and others, workplace issues, processing new aspects of one’s identity and finding one’s place in the community.  Leaders also have expertise in coming out of a straight marriage, coming out later in life, and parenting issues.  This group may continue on a long-term basis if members desire. 

*Group is limited to five participants.  

*Manhattan location.

*Cost is $40 per session.
